you can steep pandan leaves in water and have PANDAN WATER and it absolutely slaps!!! The first time I had this was at Kedai Makan in Seattle & then I started making it at home whenever I found fresh pandan leaves. Such a good summer drink!

Pandan. It is so delicious. I have been unable to get on board with matcha so I am delighted at how much I love this flavor. It’s like an earthier vanilla but not too earthy which is good for me personally. My favorite thing I’ve had so far is Pandan ice cream but I am an ice cream gal through and through. I hear it pairs well with coconut and can’t wait to try something like that. Any suggestions welcome.
