accidental cheesecake dip

I accidentally made too much cheesecake filling for a no-bake cheesecake and felt bummed for a second before I remembered that life giveth and life taketh, and sometimes being bad at math vis-a-vis pie tin size means you get to dip cookies into cheesecake filling at a later date!!!! Bob Ross was right, there are no mistakes, only happy accidents.
